A member of the Systems Alliance Navy, his rank is First Lieutenant, and he serves aboard the SSV Shuutoku, part of the Fifth Fleet. He's trained as a combat engineer. He also has years of tech schooling, so he's extremely proficient with technology. Takao still has his hawk's eye ability, though instead of basketball it's used in combat situations. Has been designated N1, though he's failed to get any further in the program since. Takao grew up in a small human colony near a mass relay. His parents were from Tokyo, and so he speaks fluent Japanese without needing the translator, but there are a lot of aspects of Earth and Japanese culture he just doesn't know much about. Basketball? Oh, the thing where you put the thing in the thing? He is currently without his omni-tool which is his baby but once he has it back he'll be able to use his tech powers. He has three drones; combat, defense, and explosive. He calls them Pineapple, No. 10 and Shintarou Jr., respectively. PHYSICAL NOTES 5'11", silver-blue eyes and black hair. He's 26 years old. Is very physically in-shape, being a marine and all. Wearing his Alliance uniform, with substituted pants. Has a couple of bullet scars on his upper torso. PSYCHIC NOTES His thoughts are pretty chill overall, though he's more observant and tricky than he tends to let on. There's a bit of stress related to the whole Reaper invasion thing, and he thinks about his family a lot. Is a regular human all in all, albeit one in Space Navy.
